Wifi??????

i have wireless broadband at my home. If i got a blackberry with Wifi does this mean i could go on my broadband at home for free? thanks

1. Yes you can if you mean Online is surfing to the internet. For emailing through blackberry, please Check with your Internet provider as there is a setting for push mail.
2. Yeah you will have to configure Wifi connection in BlackBerry to connect with WIFI in your room. You will be able to use internet successfully.
3. Depends on how your asking the question. If you are asking if you can use your Blackberry on your home internet, instead of the Blackberry network, than the answer is yes. If your are asking if you can cancel paying for your home internet and replace it with your Blackberry internet, the answer is basically No. Your home wireless is much faster than what your Blackberry can offer. Also, if you decided to use your Blackberry for Internet access you could only use it on the computer it was connected to, it could not be accessed by all the computers by wire or wireless. If you are a heavy Internet user, keep your current setup. If you are frugal and willing to loose performance, go for it! The WIFI feature on your Blackberry means it can connect to WIFI networks, it does not mean it can create a WIFI network.
