hot spots? My golden retriever has what I think are called Hot Spots. Anyone ever treated their dog for this and what did you use? I bought Burrows Solution and applied it. Anyone used that? How long until it clears up?

For 2 days now I have been getting 'hot spots' on the back of my upper left thigh, they start as a small heat feeling and 'bloom' out into a larger area of warmth. why does my bishon get hot spots all the time? My poor little puppy, acctually, shes 8 yrs old, gets those icky hot spots qite often.
